Indemnización por disminución o pérdida de la capacidad psicofísica y por muerte. Para los fines determinados en los artículos 153, 154 y 155 del decreto 613 de 1977, deberán comprobarse las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en que se produzca la lesión o muerte del alumno de las escuelas de formación de oficiales y/o suboficiales mediante investigación administrativa ordenada oportunamente por el director de la respectiva escuela, la cual se elaborará y tramitará en la forma establecida en el artículo 133 de este decreto.
