El Gobierno Nacional adelantará los trámites y expedirá las disposiciones pertinentes a fin de garantizar el traslado e incorporación del Fondo para la Participación Ciudadana a la nueva estructura administrativa del Ministerio de Gobierno, una vez que éste se transforme en el Ministerio del Interior.
