Cuando se compruebe el cobro de tarifas superiores a las comunicadas y autorizadas, el Ministerio de Educación procederá a someter a control y a fijar directamente el monto máximo que por concepto de matrícula y pensión podrá cobrar el respectivo establecimiento educativo.
