ARTICULO DECIMOQUINTO. Los miembros de las Juntas de Beneficiencia y Directivas o Administradoras de las Instituciones y sus socios, sus parientes hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad y segundo de afinidad, y los directores de los establecimientos de Utilidad Común - Sin excepción- no podrán celebrar con las Instituciones de que forman parte, negocios lucrativos.

Parágrafo

Se entiende que la prohibición contenida en este artículo no incluye los servicios personales que con carácter remunerado presenten las Instituciones.
