Corresponde a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales la fiscalización, la liquidación oficial y la discusión del impuesto al consumo de cervezas, sifones y refajos de que trata el Capítulo VII de la Ley 223 de 1995. Para este efecto, se aplicarán las normas del Libro Quinto del Estatuto Tributario Nacional, aún en lo referente a la imposición de las sanciones que fueren pertinentes.
