El Instituto Nacional De Fomento Municipal Tiene Por Objeto Dotar A Las Poblaciones Y Zonas Rurales Del País, De Todas Sus Obras De Progreso En Los Aspectos Sanitarios, Culturales Y De Los Servicios De Alumbrado, Fuerza Eléctrica Y Asistencia Social

º El Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal tiene por objeto dotar a las poblaciones y zonas rurales del país, de todas sus obras de progreso en los aspectos sanitarios, culturales y de los servicios de alumbrado, fuerza eléctrica y asistencia social. De preferencia el Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal construirá las siguientes obras

a)

Suministro de agua potable;

b)

Suministro de energía eléctrica;

c)

Alcantarillados;

d)

Escuelas rurales;

e)

Escuelas urbanas;

f)

Puestos de salud y hospitales, y

g)

Obras complementarias, como puentes municipales, mataderos, pequeños canales para irrigación, etc.
