Las relaciones jurídica entre la entidad emisora y los tenedores de los bonos o documentos de que habla el artículo anterior, se regularán por las disposiciones especiales de la presente Ley y por las pertinentes del Código de Comercio, y en su defecto por las del Código Civil, sobre mutuo, en cuanto fueren aplicables.
