ARTICULO 6o . Salario mensual base de liquidación . Para efectos de lo previsto en este decreto, el salario mensual base de liquidación de cada empleado se calculará tomando en consideración exclusivamente los siguientes factores

a)

Sueldo básico devengado al momento del retiro;

b)

Auxilio de transporte;

c)

Auxilio de alimentación;

d)

Prima de navidad a cargo de la Superintendencia;

e)

Prima de servicios a cargo de la Superintendencia;

f)

Prima de vacaciones;

g)

Prima por antigüedad;

h)

Horas extras; e

i)

Bonificación por servicios prestados.
