Artículo cuarto. La suma señalada en el artículo primero, será girada al Tesorero del citado Municipio quien, sin perjuicio de las cuentas que debe rendir a la Contraloría General de la Republica, informara al Ministerio de Gobierno sobre la inversión del fondo dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a aquel en que ella se haya terminado.
