º La Junta Reglamentadora y Clasificadora de los laboratorios fabricantes de especialidades farmacéuticas y de productos medicinales, establecida por el artículo 11 de la Ley 116 de 1937, quedará integrada así: por el Oficial Mayor de la Sección Jurídica y e Policía sanitaria del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y previsión Social; por dos profesionales de la Escuela de Farmacia, nombrado por ese Ministerio, y por dos delegados de la federación Farmacéutica Colombiana.
