Además de los fines previstos en el artículo 51 de la presente Ley, el Instituto podrá facilitar el acceso de los gremios agropecuarios, los distintos organismos del Estado, la comunidad científica y académica a la información contenida en la relación descriptiva sobre lapropiedad rural de los particulares, con el objeto de mejorar la calidad del proceso de toma de decisiones en las materias que les competen.
