amends ley 1437/11

Modifíquese el artículo 218 de la Ley 1437 de 2011 , el cual quedará así:

ARTÍCULO 218. Prueba pericial. La prueba pericial se regirá por las normas establecidas en este código, y en lo no previsto por las normas del Código General del Proceso.

Las partes podrán aportar el dictamen pericial o solicitar al juez que lo decrete en las oportunidades establecidas en este código.

El dictamen pericial también podrá ser decretado de oficio por el juez.

Cuando el dictamen sea aportado por las partes o decretado de oficio, la contradicción y práctica se regirá por las normas del Código General del Proceso.
