Contratación Colectiva de Seguros. El Gobierno Nacional podrá establecer sistemas que permitan la contratación colectiva de los seguros de las enfermedades de alto costo en el sistema de seguridad social en salud u otros mecanismos que permitan lograr la mayor economía en la contratación de dichos seguros.
