Prelación prestaciones sociales. Las dependencias de la Policía Nacional que ejerzan las funciones de control y ejecución de presupuesto darán en todo caso prelación en la efectividad del pago de prestaciones reconocidas a aquellas que tengan carácter de unitarias, como consecuencia de la muerte del causante.
