La investigación disciplinaria se adelantará por el organismo de control interno disciplinario o por el funcionario que señale el jefe de la Entidad o de la dependencia regional o seccional y deberá ser de igual o superior jerarquía a la del investigado. La investigación se realizará de conformidad con lo previsto en este Código.
