° La destinación para uso oficial que inicialmente se hubiere dado a elementos, objetos o medios de transporte a que se refiere este Decreto podrá ser variada por la de su remate, cuando la circunstancia lo aconsejare, en opinión del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes. Esta determinación sólo podrá adoptarse cuando hubiere terminado el proceso, al cual se encuentren vinculados dichos objetos.
