º Toda reforma o modificación a los estatutos debe ser aprobada por la asamblea general o federal de la organización de pensionados y remitida a la Sección de Control de Instituciones de Previsión Social de la División de Estudio y Control de la Seguridad Social, con tres (3) copias del acta de la reunión donde se hagan constar las reformas introducidas y aparezcan las firmas de todos los asistentes. La sección hará el estudio correspondiente y emitirá el respectivo concepto.
