Limitación de dominio o servidumbre . De conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 67 del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974, se impondrá limitación de dominio o servidumbre sobre inmueble de propiedad privada cuando lo impongan la utilidad pública el interés social. Se considera de utilidad pública o interés social la preservación y el manejo del recurso agua al tenor de los dispuestos por el artículo 1° del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974.
