Objeto. La presente Sección tiene como objeto reglamentar la implementación de los Sistemas Estratégicos de Transporte Público (SETP) del país y se aplicará integralmente en las ciudades que cuenten con cofinanciación de la Nación y cumpliendo con los requisitos establecidos en la misma.
