Para la administración de justicia en el ramo Penal, tanto en la Corte Suprema como en los Tribunales Superiores, habrá una Sala compuesta de tres Magistrados por lo menos, que se denominará Sala de lo Penal, destinada exclusivamente al conocimiento de los asuntos criminales que sean de su competencia.
