En cada facultad o escuela habrá un Decano, quien será la máxima autoridad ejecutiva de ella, bajo la, dependencia del Director. Los Decanos serán de labre nombramiento y remoción del Consejo Directivo. Para ser Decano se requiere reunir dos de las siguientes condiciones

Ser Oficial de las Fuerzas Militares en actividad o en retiro, o civil y, además poseer el título académico de la profesión correspondiente a la especialidad de la respectiva facultad o escuela.

Ser profesor escalafonado de las Fuerzas Militares.

Ser profesor universitario con un mínimo de cinco años de experiencias.

Ser autor de un libro sobre materia de la respectiva profesión.
