° La elección, localización y amojonamiento de que trata el artículo 2° de este Decreto, se harán por las parcialidades beneficiadas dentro del término de un año, contado desde esta fecha, y, en todo caso, de acuerdo con el Personero del Municipio a que corresponda la zona respectiva.
