º . Creación. Créase la "Comisión Intersectorial para la Promoción, Respeto y Garantía de los Derechos Humanos y del Derecho Internacional Humanitario en el departamento de Arauca", la cual tiene por objeto diseñar y aplicar medidas de prevención tendientes a evitar que se vulneren los Derechos Humanos y el Derecho Internacional Humanitario e impulsar y hacer seguimiento a los casos de graves violaciones de tales derechos, buscando la reparación de los mismos y el establecimiento de la verdad.
