Suspensión y restablecimiento. La suspensión en el ejercicio de sus funciones y atribuciones de un oficial o suboficial deberá decretarse por el Ministro de Defensa, o el Comando de la Fuerza respectiva., según el caso, a solicitud de la autoridad competente que haya proferido contra el militar auto de detención preventiva, y con el fin de hacer éste posible.
