Competencia. Corresponde a la Corte Suprema de Justicia en Sala Penal, disponer el cambio de radicación, de un Distrito Judicial a otro. Dentro del mismo Distrito Judicial, el cambio de radicación lo dispondrá el respectivo Tribunal Superior en Sala de Decisión Penal. Con todo, si el Tribunal Superior estimare conveniente que se cambie la radicación a diferente Distrito, pasar la actuación a la Corte Suprema de Justicia para que decida. Negado el cambio por la Corte, podrá todavía el Tribunal Superior disponer lo conveniente dentro del territorio de su competencia.
