En todo acto, instrumento y sentencia, sobre traspaso o transferencia del dominio de un inmueble se relacionará el título del tridente o causante, o se hará la declaración expresa de que se carece de título. Sin el cumplimiento de este requisito no se hará el registro del acto o título. En la inscripción o registro respectivo se relacionará siempre el título anterior.
