En conmemoración del próximo Congreso Eucarístico Internacional se acuñarán monedas de $ 5.00, en la cuantía que determine la Junta Monetaria, con las características que se acuerden entre el Gobierno Nacional y el Banco de la República, y la utilidad que resulte de esta operación será destinada por el Gobierno a los gastos de dicho Congreso Eucarístico.
