Los Fiscales de los Juzgados Superiores, de Distrito Judicial visitarán mensualmente los Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal del respectivo Distrito Judicial y los Juzgados Municipales de la cabecera del mismo Distrito, con el fin de tomar nota, en lo pertinente, de las circunstancias señaladas en el artículo anterior. Del resultado de estas visitas darán cuenta a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, a los Tribunales Superiores y Concejos respectivos, para los efectos contemplados en el artículo citado.
