Mayoría. Salvo excepción expresa derivada de la ley o de estos estatutos, las decisiones de la Asamblea General de Accionistas se tomarán por mayoría absoluta de votos presentes. No obstante, las decisiones referentes a aprobación de balances, cuentas de fin de ejercicio y cuentas de liquidación serán tomadas por mayoría de votos presentes.
