Art. 20. El días 1.° de Febrero de 1892 tendrá lugar la primera reunión de las Asambleas electorales con el objeto de nombrar las respectiva Comisión de la mesa y de exigir el juramento á los miembros que la compongan ; y el 2 del mismo mes verificarán las votaciones para Presidente y Vicepresidente de la República En uno y otro caso se observarán las prescripciones de los artículos 123 á 128 de la Ley.
