° A la Dirección del Sistema Nacional de Salud a nivel nacional corresponde promover el logro de los propósitos señalados en la parte considerativa del presente Decreto. Para tal fin, elaborará el proyecto de Reglamento, tomará las medidas necesarias para su permanente actualización, formulará las políticas, expedirá las normas y procedimientos de administración de personal, y velará por su cumplimiento.
