La empresa que no vele porque sus vehículos vinculados presten el servicio en óptimas condiciones de funcionamiento será sancionada con multa equivalente a veinte (20) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes, por cada vehículo que sea encontrado en estas circunstancias.
