Artículo único. La Patria agradecida recomienda á la veneración pública la memoria sin mancha del General D. Jesús Casas Castañeda, muerto heroicamente en la flor de sus días, el 9 de Agosto de 1900 en el combate de Lincoln.

Parágrafo

Su retrato, hecho con fondos públicos, será colocado en el Ministerio de Guerra.
