La solicitud de patente de un modelo de utilidad y el trámite de la misma se regirán por lo establecido para las patentes de invención en la Decisión 313 y en el presente reglamento. El orden y clasificación de las patentes de modelos de utilidad se regirán por la Clasificación Internacional de Patentes de Invención.
