De leche cruda enfriada . El transporte de la leche proveniente de las plantas para enfriamiento o centrales de recolección, con destino a plantas para higienización, pulverización o para producción de derivados lácteos sólo podrá hacerse en tanques o carrotanques isotérmicos.
Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud podrán autorizar el transporte en cantinas de la leche a que se refiere el presente artículo en vehículos refrigerados.
