Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto 973 de 2021, modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 4 del Decreto 1743 de 2020 y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1º de enero de 2022.
