Artículo único. Convócase al Congreso á sesiones extraordinarias para el 15 de junio de 1910, con el objeto de que elija el Presidente de la República para el periodo próximo, considere los proyectos de reforma constitucional que hayan sido aprobados en la presente legislatura y expida el Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos para la vigencia de 1911. Comuníquese y publíquese.
