Cuando así lo indique la autorización de inversión extranjera y se trate de obligaciones de exportar, el Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior -Incomex, celebrará con las empresas receptoras de la inversión los contratos de exportación respectivos, supervisará su observancia e informará al respecto al Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
