Ajustes Presupuestales . El Gobierno Nacional efectuara los ajustes presupuestales conforme a lo dispuesto en la Ley Orgánica de Presupuesto (Ley 179 de 1994, artículo 55) para que las apropiaciones presupuestales relacionadas con el objeto del Fondo de Infraestructura Carcelaria se trasladen al presupuesto del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
