Podrá otorgarse el perdón judicial por los hechos de que tratan los artículos anteriores, al responsable que se retracte en el mismo proceso en que se rindió la declaración, dictamen o versión falsos con la oportunidad necesaria para que tal retractación pueda ser apreciada en la sentencia.
