º En los distritos judiciales en los cuales actúen los jueces de que trata el Decreto 2829 de 1984 y los jueces especializados a que se refiere el Decreto 1806 de 1985, las denuncias por los delitos de secuestro extorsivo y extorsión que se formulen a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto serán repartidas entre ellos conforme a las disposiciones vigentes en materia de reparto.
