º. La designación del Director General se efectuará en sesión ordinaria o extraordinaria del Consejo Directivo, que se celebrará dentro de los 15 primeros días del mes de diciembre del año anterior a la iniciación del período institucional consagrado en la Ley 99 de 1993.
