Además de los doctores Antonio Osorio Isaza y Alfonso Mora Naranjo, designados por Decreto 0527 del presente año, nómbrase representante del Gobierno ante la Junta Directiva de la Biblioteca, al Presbítero doctor Rafael Gómez Hoyos, Secretario de la Comisión Nacional de la Unesco, en reemplazo del doctor Rafael Bernal Jiménez, quien renunció.
