Para desempeñar los empleos de Contralor General o Auditor General, se requieren las mismas condiciones de que trata el artículo siguiente para el desempeño de todo empleo de manejo, y además, la de ser versado en la ciencia del Derecho, especialmente en legislación fiscal y en contabilidad.
