Art. 2°. El Ministerio de Justicia tendrá un Subsecretario, un Jefe de la Sección 2.ª y un Tenedor de libros. Sus empleados gozaran de las siguientes asignaciones mensuales:

Autorízase al Gobierno para que de los actuales empleados subalternos del Ministerio de Gobierno traslade al de Justicia los que juzgue necesarios en él.
