La Oficina de Investigaciones Especiales, tendrá la siguiente planta de personal:

Parágrafo

El personal que se designe deberá reunir los requisitos y ejercerá las funciones previstas para cada cargo, en el Decreto 521 de 1971 y demás normas que lo complementan.
