Los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios, por medio de las Administraciones de Rentas o autoridades correspondientes, quedan en la obligación de vigilar, en cooperación con las autoridades de Higiene, de Policía o las que hagan sus veces, el fiel cumplimiento de la Ley 34 de 1948 y el presente Decreto reglamentario.
