Los proyectos financiados con recursos del Fondo Nacional de Regalías o en depósito en el mismo, en ejecución al momento de la liquidación del mismo, se podrán ajustar. En el caso de requerir recursos adicionales, el Fondo Nacional de Regalías en liquidación no podrá aportar dichos recursos.
