º . Modifícase el artículo 6º del Decreto 2085 del 11 de Junio de 2008, así: "Artículo 6º. Caución . El registro inicial de vehículos de transporte terrestre automotor de carga particular y público también podrá otorgarse cuando el solicitante constituya una caución consistente en garantía bancaria o póliza de seguros a favor del Ministerio de Transporte, que garantice que el cumplimiento del proceso de desintegración se llevará a cabo en un término no superior a tres (3) meses. Dicha caución deberá ser presentada para su aprobación ante el Ministerio de Transporte, quien expedirá una certificación con destino a los organismos de tránsito, en la que conste la aprobación de la respectiva caución, para el registro inicial de estos vehículos".
