º . Garantías . En los créditos educativos que otorgue el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, se requerirá al menos una de las siguientes garantías, de conformidad con el reglamento que sobre el particular expida la Junta Directiva del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro

Hipoteca abierta en primer o segundo grado.

Pignoración o prenda sobre las cesantías, y

Codeudor solidario.

Parágrafo

En concordancia con el

Parágrafo

del artículo octavo (8º) de la Ley 432 de 1998, la garantía a la que se refiere el numeral segundo del presente artículo no podrá ser ofrecida por los afiliados del sector privado.
